As you begin making travel arrangements, we kindly ask that you send us your flight itinerary once booked so we can ensure your accommodation is arranged accordingly.
What is the dress code?
The expectation is Formal Attire, for a full list of specifications please see below.
Men are requested to wear a well-tailored, dark suit (black, charcoal, or navy), along with a crisp white or subtle-colored dress shirt. Please opt for a tie rather than a bow tie, ensuring it falls at or near the belt line. Dress shoes should be polished and in a dark color, such as black or deep brown. Socks should match the suit or shoe color, and accessories like a simple belt and a pocket square add a refined touch.
Women are requested to wear a full-length gown in any color other than white, which is reserved for the bride. We recommend elegant silhouettes, refined fabrics, and dressy footwear to suit the formality of the occasion. If desired, a wrap or shawl and tasteful accessories can complete the look, but please avoid overly casual or daytime prints.
Did the wedding date change?
Yes! For some of you who received our save the date letters that were sent out early during our planning, you may have a paper that shows a different date than September 26, 2026, unfortunately due to the weather in and around Zagreb during December, we felt it best to have it be a little warmer for ourselves and our guests, moving forward please refer to the dates on your official wedding invitations and the website!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly request an “unplugged” ceremony. Please refrain from using phones or cameras until after the ceremony so everyone can be fully present, we have photographers and videographers present for us all to enjoy!
Will accomodation be provided?
We are working to accommodate as many guests as possible in Vodice for the wedding and will be sharing more detailed lodging information once we receive your RSVP. Our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible, and we truly appreciate your patience as we finalize arrangements.
Can I book my own accommodation?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to arrange your own lodging if you prefer. Vodice and the surrounding areas offer a variety of beautiful options, and you are free to choose what works best for your stay.
How can I contact you if I have more questions?
Reach out directly to Mathew and Stella: mathew.perez1011@gmail.com for specific inquiries.
When should I plan to arrive and how long should I stay?
We recommend arriving 2–3 days before the wedding (September 26) to allow time to adjust to the time difference and settle in. Ideally, guests can plan to stay for about 7 days to fully enjoy the celebration and everything Vodice has to offer, but of course, you’re welcome to plan your stay in whatever way works best for you.
